1 month later and 14lbs lighter

As of yesterday I am officially weighing 265!! Go me! LOL Not really. I was hoping to weigh less but thats ok..It will only make me work that much harder!

life has been busy. we are preparing for Jessa’s 2nd Birthday and A.J’s 1st (both in July)

We will be doing a pool party since there is a pool in the back yard. I have been swimming almost every day for the past month. Only missing swimming when it is storming.

This weekend my MIL and FIL are having 21 or so people over (for a father’s day celebration) so she did ask me to help her cook. She wants me to make sausage and peppers (I am Italian, so I make good sausage and peppers LOL)

Really.. No..

Sorry I haven’t really been a good friend to any of you these past few weeks, or maybe over a month but life has been busy and a lil crazy..

I had traveled to PA last month due to my little 10 yr old brother’s medical issues. But his MRI’s did come back normal which is a good thing.

I have been so busy working on my weight loss and keeping my family entertained, I have not had any time to really blog here.. there are days I go to come on this site to blog at night and I fall asleep before I even click blog.

I have been swimming every day for atleast 2 hours a day with the kids, sometimes while the kids are napping. Then I have been doing my walking, only 1-2 miles a day because of a back issue I have been having, which if it does not go away by Wednesday or Thursday I may be going to the doctor. I do think I am having some kind of a Kidney issue.. I am having the same pain I was having as a child before I had my bladder surgeries BUT it could be pain from the way I have been exercising lately.. (Very vigorously) Between taebo, walking, swimming, and aerobics, it is possible that I just pulled something in my lower right side of my back..(Isn’t it?)

My kids are doing wonderfully. Leandra just turned 10 on May 7th. Ilanna will be 8 on May 18th. Jessa just turned 22 months old today and AJ will be 10 Months old on the 17th! Jessa LOVES to swim.. We have video’s and pictures of her swimming. Today she decided to be a Dare Devil and Jump of the edge of the pool into the pool and then jump off the pool stairs in to my arms.. She runs around telling everyone ..”Dessa Smim” (Jessa swim) and in the pool she says GO GO GO and she kicks her little legs as fast as she can to try and go! LOL And when I tell her its time to get out.. she says “OH NO!” OH NO! A. J doesn’t really like the water too much. So we sit him in his highchair by the table my MIL and FIL have with the umbrella and sit him in the shade with some toys, snacks and water.. He loves it.. He gets so excited seeing his sister in the water, yet he wants no part of coming in the water.

My husband and I just celebrated (yesterday) 5 years together. I can not believe it has been 5 years already.. It seems like just yesterday he first told me he loved me & was in love with me (which was actually before we started dating, at the time we were best friends) Now, 5 years later, we have 2 beautiful children together, a family of 6 (including my two kids from a previous marriage, our two and then us) and we have been married for 6 wonderful months.

I am so very excited!!!! I weighed myself as soon as I saw the size and the scale said….279!!!! HOLY CRAP! LOL

New Exercise..

Well the weather  here in Florida has been alot nicer.. so we have been spending atleast an hour in the pool everyday with the kids.. Hopefully that exercise will help LOL

Long time no blog..

Hello everyone. I have been away in PA visiting with my little brother and family.

I did not attend a weigh in since the 3rd. I went today to my weigh in since  I didnt get home from the airport until 8 pm last night. I am down to 283!!!

 I am extactic!! LOL

Well I am down a few more pounds.. from last wednesday I weighed in at 303, to today I am at 298 (I do think the water weight from my monthly had a hand in my weight lastweek)  I went shopping today.. I actually FIT and comfortably too in to size 26 Jeans, 1XL to 2XL sweat pants and from a 46 H Bra I am down to a 42 DD~~ Also my tops I am fitting into 22!!!!I am so thrilled!! I never thought I would wear jeans again!!

Also, to celebrate my weight loss, yesterday my DH had me go get my Hair Cut layered and highlighted with foils.

Well I am feeling pretty darn good!! I leave on Saturday for another trip back to PA so I will try to update you all from there!!

Food logs 4/4

Well I am going to start to TRY and keep food logs again. I need to start this up again because I have NOT been having as many calories a day as I should. The past two days, at the end of the day I ended up only having 650 calories and 790. The same with my water.. I only have been taking in about 50- 60 ounces per day vs. the 90-110 I set my goal for. So… Here is my food log for today.

Breakfast-

1/2 cup of 2 % Milk- 60 Calories

1-serving Special-K Cereal w/Yogurt bites 120 Calories

1 -serving of Special-K Pink Lemonade Protein mix- 30 Calories

23- Ounces of water

Lunch-

1-Slice Turkey Breast FF- 22 Caloires

1- Slice swiss cheese 106 Calories

1- Slice Salami 35 Calories

1- Serving totino’s sausage pizza  300 Calories

20 Ounces of water

Snack 

14- Lays BBQ Crisps- 120 Calories

1tbsp- Cheese salsa 20 Calories.

20 ounces water

1.7LBs

Had my weigh in yesterday.. I am down another 1.7lbs.

Question .. Water weight and weight loss.

Ok.. My first question is.. when That time of the month comes around.. How much water weight do usually gain and how long does the water weight usually stay on?

I gain anywhere from 3-7LBS and it last for 3 days before my monthly until 3 days after the day it stops. I have always been like that.

My 2nd Question is ..

How much weight have you lost before some one actually noticed it and said “wow. You lost weight?” Or something along those lines?

I think it was actually when I lived in Pa still.. My MIL & FIL came up to see us because AJ was born, and my MIL actually complimented me on my weight loss (which at the time was only 37LBS.
